Well where do I start Anne & Grant went above and beyond to get my wife and I a fabulous vehicle deal.
From start to finish Anne was with us all the way helping us get a good finance deal nothing was too much trouble for her.
We had a slight problem with the vehicle to start with but Anne & Grant would not release the vehicle until all was well they got the problem solved very quickly .

I cant praise Anne and Grant at Monarch highly enough. From my initial enquiry to driving away with my new car they both could not do enough for me. Their communication prior to my visit with my Dad was top class as they provided me with every piece of information I asked for. First rate service.
First off I have to say, I completely dread the process of buying a second hand vehicle and was not looking forward at all to buying a new van. What a very pleasant surprise. It was an absolute pleasure "˜dealing' with Monarch. There is very little I can add to the excellent comments regarding Anne and Grant below except that, in my experience, they are completely honest and trustworthy. Be honest with them and you won't be disappointed. A presale inspection of the van revealed a couple of minor issues, both were rectified before delivery without any quibble. If I ever need a new van, then I would have absolutely no hesitation to returning to Monarch. Thank you to all of you (not forgetting the 4-legged member of the team), I cannot express in words how much I appreciate the effort you put in to ensure I was happy with purchasing a quality vehicle. Well, what can I say, the whole experience with Anne and Grant from Monarch Vehicle Sales has been nothing short of brilliant. From start to finish, they have had the time, patience and willingness to make sure the purchasing process is as smooth as it can be. There were a few small post purchase snags (nothing major at all) which they have been so quick to jump on and rectify. You'd be hard to come by another vehicle sales company that takes the same level of care these guys have. Would definitely purchase from them again when I need a bigger van.

Needed a replacement van as we'd had one break down so went looking locally, luckily found Monarch. Anne and Grant had a great selection of varying sized vans all very tidy quality vehicles the Mercedes I purchased had low mileage and having had it a month now can't fault it. Need to compliment them on the service they provided me there was no hard sell at all and when I explained the urgency of my need for a vehicle they sent their man Chad out that afternoon to deliver it to my home. I'm not a fan of vehicle shopping but they really did make the whole experience a pleasure. Would recommend them to anyone and will definitely call them next time I need a van or 4x4 .

Excellent customer service
Response within hours even though it was a weekend to our enquiry about the vehicle. Whole thing including delivery from several hours away was handled personally by Anne who couldn't have been more helpful. It's lovely to deal with people who don't rely entirely on email and actually pick up the phone and talk to you personally.

First things first..... If you are looking for a van, Anne and Grant is the people to go to. This was best experience I have had when buying the vehicle, or just a customer service in general. They were brilliant. We have found the van on Sunday afternoon, called Anne and she agreed to show us the van same day (late afternoon) Anne and Grant was very welcoming and showed us the van, which was brilliant and of course we have bought it. Van we bought was like new, all the paperwork was done very quickly. We had a little issue on our side, but Anne and Grant was very patient with us. Next time we will look for another van, Monarch Vehicle Sales is first we will go to. Thank you so much to both of you, we are very happy with the purchase.

I recently brought a Ford transit custom of Anne and Grant. They are both lovely people that showed me around the van and were very open and honest about it. They told me about how they pay the extra for the premium warranty cover. Unfortunately in my case I had a couple of issues that were unknown to themselves however, after a quick conversation they had taken the van to the garage to be fixed. The service provided was the best around, they are the best business and can not do enough for you. I would 100% recommend to anyone in the future

A business that many others could learn a thing or two from!
I hesitate to leave a review of how my purchase went, and the service provided for one simple reason. I want to go back and use them again, and don't want too much competition when doing so! From the very get go Grant and Anne were amazing. When I made first contact they were having a well earned break in a country retreat. That didn't stop them from dealing with my enquiry swiftly and thoroughly. Every step of the transaction went seamlessly. I received regular messages of progress. On the day of delivery (which they provide at a very competitive price) there were a few hiccups completely out of their control, however Anne sent me updates every couple of hours until the delivery guy arrived. I can't think of a single thing that could've been done better, and look forward to giving them my custom again soon.

Bought a beautiful Opel Astra off Anne and Grant today. They made the whole experience so easygoing. Very helpful in all aspects and so nice to deal with. Took a trade in and gave us a 6 month warranty with the new car as well. Plus if anything goes wrong with the car in them 6 months, I can use my own local garage as we live in Gloucester, so no extra travelling which is great. All the vans come with a premium warranty, MOT and are serviced and repaired if needed before sale. Good efficient service by the dealership owner too.
